Off Campus Housing LLC is FAMU’s premiere full-service property management company and is responsible for the improvement and ongoing profitability of over 350 residential and commercial properties. We are a local, privately-owned company serving the Florida A&M University community. Our track record is based on consistent resident satisfaction and occupancy rates averaging upwards of 96%. In addition to the spectrum of management services, Off Campus Housing LLC provides it's clients with property rehabilitation, re-positioning and investment syndication expertise.

Our office is located in the Lettman Square building, (formerly the original FAMU Credit Union) directly on FAMU’s campus, across from the Foote-Hilyer Administration Building and next to the School of Allied Health.  From this location we have the ability to better serve our current and future residents, investors and FAMU community.  It was here where we established ourselves as a 'staple' in the FAMU student housing community.
